Our ever-popular Green Bay Packers tour is a favorite for first-time as well as repeat visitors to Lambeau Field. There is always something new and exciting to talk about with the Packers, and this year is no different. On the advent of their centennial, we have another exciting tour that immerses visitors into our football culture and the nearly 100 year love affair between Green Bay and its football team.

Your day begins with a tour of Green Bay, hearing the history and tradition of the Packers franchise on a guided excursion of the Packers Heritage Trail. More than 25 spots in and around Green Bay will be featured to paint a picture of life in early Green Bay when Curly Lambeau decided to start a football club that would become a world-wide legend.

The tour concludes at Lambeau Field with the Champions Tour, taking guests to the far reaches of the stadium to see the most recent updates. Lunch in the brand new 1919 restaurant follows, featuring some of the best Wisconsin-made products on their all-star menu, served in a historic, vintage atmosphere. After lunch, you’ll explore the brand new, state of the art, Packers Hall of Fame where you can glimpse the famed, 5 story, chromed Lombardi Trophy. Guests will not want to leave without a visit to the 21,000 square-foot Packer Pro Shop to pick up game day essentials and gifts. Before departing, everyone will receive a special gift to commemorate their day!

Rails, Sails, and Ales

Rails, Sails, and Ales

Be one of the first groups to cruise the Fox River on the marvelous River Tyme, after making her debut in the spring of 2016. The steel-hulled riverboat, first christened in 1953 as the Lummus Rose, has been brought to Wisconsin after spending many years touring the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York. Completely restored to her original glory, she will take your guests back in time to explore the history of our waterways while enjoying the beautiful banks of the Fox River. The River Tyme will be recounting the history of the waterways in our area, and how they led to Green Bay’s commercial success and establishment as a territory.

The riverboat is the cornerstone of our “Rails, Sails and Ales” package, which also includes a visit to the National Railroad Museum. Led by a knowledgeable guide, guests will tour the galleries and exhibits and end in the spectacular Lenfesty Center where locomotives that shaped U.S. railroad history are housed.

Food and Ale are prominent throughout this tour and lunch at one of our fantastic partner restaurants is included. The day concludes with a beer tasting at one of Green Bay’s new tap rooms.

Package includes:

  • Fox River Cruise on “River Tyme”

  • Guided tour of the National Railroad Museum

  • Lunch at a partner restaurant

  • Beer tasting at one of our new tap rooms

  • Snacks for the ride home

  • Commemorative Gift
