Guests from outside of Wisconsin will be surprised that we are able to grow amazing grapes and produce fantastic wines in Wisconsin with our wide range of weather. This tour will tell the story of Wisconsin’s Wine Region while tasting and touring a fantastic local winery and enjoy a day in a beautiful harbor town.
The day starts as guests travel north through the fall colors to Green Bay where your host for the day will greet you and offer narration on the way to your destination - Algoma. Algoma lies on the shores of Lake Michigan, and is the scenic backdrop for your adventure.
Von Stiehl Winery will welcome you for a tour and a tasting. They are the oldest post-prohibition winery in the State of Wisconsin. You will tour the winery and see all aspects of the operations. They will take you down to the caverns below as you dive deep into history. After the tour, guests will have the opportunity to taste some of their select wines, while shopping for your favorites to take home.
After Von Stiehl, you will round out the day at one of the largest, and best cheese shops in the area. Renards Cheese features hundreds of Wisconsin cheeses - and they will ship - so you can take a taste of Wisconsin home with you!
The drive back to Elkhart Lake will feature a beverage and a snack to enjoy as you take in the beauty of the Lakeshore in the Fall.

Pricing for this event is $99 per person. It includes Transportation, Winery Tour and Tasting, Cheese Shop Stop, Snacks and Beverages.

20 guests are needed to make the tour a go. If the minimum of 20 people is not met, guests will receive a 100% refund on their credit card immediately upon cancellation.
